Properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula are dropping in price after 19 days on the market! Four of the 13 properties shown at Tuesday’s broker’s open houses on the Peninsula had price reductions.
As of today there are 113 active properties (95 single family homes, 18 condos) for sale in the 90274 and 90275 zip codes ranging in price from $495,000 to $17,999,000. Of those listings, 43% have had recent price reductions. There are currently 70 properties in escrow ranging in price from $475,000 to $9,888,000 and 11 properties that have closed escrow in the past 7 days ranging in price from $450,000 to $3,190,000.
